How the WiFi Fingerprint Clocking System Works

Clocking Methods

Employees register fingerprint clockings with biometric security, leaving you safe in the knowledge that they cannot clock each other in or out. The C250 clocking machine also supports proximity clocking via badge or keyfob, with the option of a personal PIN for additional security. Each attendance event is accompanied by an audible and visual message to confirm success. The ClockRite System has the capacity for up to 16 clockings per employee per day.

Registration and Recording

Fingerprint registration is extremely quick and easy, taking just ten seconds per staff member. Multiple fingerprints can be registered in case of accidents or damage to a specific fingerprint. The C250 WiFi clocking machine has the capacity for as many as 1000 staff.
