ClockRite Cloud integrates directly with Sage HR and People HR, cutting out the duplicate tasks between systems. Bring employees in from your HR system, then export their timesheets back once the hours are worked. Hours can also go straight from ClockRite into Sage Payroll Line 50.

REST API

Build on the ClockRite Cloud API

The ClockRite Cloud API is a RESTful service. Your systems send GET, PUT or POST style commands over a standard HTTPS connection, and the API replies in plain text or JSON, with HTTP header responses that show whether each request succeeded or failed.

It is platform-independent, which makes it easy to implement: your developers can build the client in whichever programming language they prefer.

Move your data in and out, on your terms

Each request works with the same records your managers see in ClockRite Cloud, so your other systems stay in step without anyone exporting files by hand.

Upload users and employees

Add employees to ClockRite Cloud from another system, such as an in-house HR database.

Download employees

Pull your employee list out of ClockRite Cloud to keep other systems up to date.

Delete users and employees

Remove leavers from ClockRite Cloud at the same time as your other systems.

Upload clocking records

Send clockings in from other sources, so every clock in and out ends up on one timesheet.

Download clock records

Take clock in and out records out of ClockRite Cloud for your own reports or systems.
