Modules
Add what you need, when you need it
Modules are a flat yearly price, so a team of 300 pays the same as a team of 30. Add one when you sign up or at any point after.
Fire Roll Call
Included with every system
A live list of everyone on site, on a phone at the assembly point, so your marshals can mark people safe in seconds.
Visitor Management
£300 a year + VAT
Visitors sign in at a reception kiosk, your team can see who is on site, and reception can sign visitors out.
Expenses
£300 a year + VAT
Handle staff expenses in ClockRite Cloud, in the same account as their hours and records.
Document storage
50GB £180 or 100GB £300 a year + VAT
Keep contracts, certificates and other files on each employee’s record, so they are in one place when you need them.
Clocking terminals
Buy your terminals once
Terminals are a one-off cost with no fee to connect them, and £35 comes off your first one. They keep recording clockings if the internet drops and send them when it is back.
Facial Only Clock
£285 + VAT
Staff look at the screen to clock in. Nothing to touch or carry, and nobody can clock in for a colleague.
Fingerprint Clock
£285 + VAT
A quick fingerprint scan confirms who is clocking in, so staff cannot clock in for each other.
Multi Bio Clock
£285 + VAT
Face and fingerprint in one terminal, so every member of staff can use the method that suits them.
IP Rated Multi Bio Clock
£535 + VAT
Face and fingerprint in a sealed, IP rated case, built for dusty or damp entrances.
No terminals? Use the mobile app
Staff clock in and out on their own phones, with their location kept and geofencing to set where they can clock in. It is included with every system at no extra cost.

Do your prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT, which is added to your invoice.
How is the software price worked out?
By the number of employees, in bands. You pay the price of the band your team fits into. For example, a team of 25 falls into the band for up to 30 employees, which is £58.30 a month + VAT. The bigger the band, the less you pay per employee.
Is it cheaper to pay annually?
Yes. Paying annually costs the same as ten months, so you get two months free. For a team of up to 30 that is £583.00 a year + VAT instead of £699.60.
Do you charge for mobile clocking?
No. Staff can clock in and out on the ClockRite app on their own phones at no extra cost, with geofencing to set where they can clock in.
Is fire roll call included?
Yes. Fire Roll Call is included free with every ClockRite Cloud system. If fire roll call is all you need, the Fire Roll Call only plan costs half the price of the full system.
Do we have to buy clocking terminals?
No. Staff can clock in on the mobile app instead, at no extra cost. Terminals are a one-off purchase for sites where you want staff to clock in at the door, and many businesses use both.
How does the £35 discount work?
£35 comes off the price of your first clocking terminal. The calculator takes it off your estimate automatically.
Is there a fee to connect more terminals?
No. Buy as many terminals as your sites need and connect them to the same ClockRite Cloud account with no connection fee.
What if the internet goes down?
Staff can keep clocking in and out at the terminals while they are offline. Each terminal keeps its clockings and sends them to ClockRite Cloud as soon as the connection is back.
What happens to our price as we grow?
Your price follows the band for your number of employees, so growing past the top of your band moves you into the next one. The price per employee keeps falling as your team gets bigger.
What do the modules cost?
Visitor Management and Expenses are £300 a year + VAT each. Document storage is £180 a year + VAT for 50GB or £300 a year + VAT for 100GB. Module prices stay the same whatever the size of your team.
